- By the mere fact of placing a translation or language training order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts the present general terms and conditions of sale.
- Deviating terms and conditions drawn up by the customer will only be accepted upon mutual and explicit agreement in writing
- All our invoices for translation, copywriting and audio transcription services are payable net in cash into the bank account number BE18 0011 8594 7965 or BE14 3850 0968 2683. The translator reserves the right to request an advance payment of 30%. New clients undertake to pay for the first translation job on delivery.
- All our invoices for language training packages are payable net in cash upon receipt and in any case before the start of the first language training session into bank account number BE18 0011 8594 7965 or BE14 3850 0968 2683.
- Shipping costs and course materials are not included in our prices.
- In the event of late payment, a conventional interest rate of 15% per year will be payable by operation of law and without notice of default as from the invoice date.
- Non-payment on the due date of one of the invoices makes all other invoices, even not yet due, immediately payable.
- In the event of culpable or negligent non-payment of an invoice, the amount not paid on the due date will, after notice of default, be increased by 12%, with a minimum of € 125 and a maximum of € 1860.
- All complaints regarding the quality of the work must be communicated in writing within five (5) working days after delivery of the work, exclusively by registered letter, giving substantiated reasons.
- All our translations and texts are protected by the copyright law (laws of 22 March 1886, 26 June 1951 and 20 April 1960 and any subsequent laws).
- Professional secrecy – Professional secrecy guarantees complete discretion with regard to the assignment and the customer.
- Jurisdiction – In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of Kortrijk will have jurisdiction. The translations into French and English are provided for information purposes only and have no binding effect.
